Bullpen provides a non-custodial interface for onchain trading, including spot token swaps, perpetual futures, and prediction markets through integrated third-party protocols such as Jupiter, Hyperliquid, and Polymarket. Bullpen does not custody your assets, execute trades as a counterparty, or provide financial advice.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, wallet security, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use Bullpen for illegal activity, market manipulation, fraud, or any purpose that violates these terms or third-party protocol rules. You must safeguard your wallet credentials and understand that onchain transactions are irreversible.
Risk Disclosure
Onchain trading involves substantial risk. Digital asset prices are volatile. Leveraged perpetual futures can be liquidated. Prediction market positions may lose their entire value. Past performance displayed on leaderboards or social features is not indicative of future results. See our Disclaimer for additional risk information.
Non-Custodial Nature
Bullpen is non-custodial. We do not hold your private keys or digital assets. Key management is provided through third-party infrastructure such as Turnkey. You retain full control and responsibility for your wallets and funds at all times.

Bullpen integrates with external protocols and services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party platforms, smart contracts, or blockchain networks.
